'Harold's Going Stiff,' 'Darwin' take Austin honours

Narrative feature "Harold's Going Stiff," directed by Keith Wright, and docu "Darwin," directed by Nick Brandestini, were top individuals who win within the Austin film Fest, which runs to Thursday inside the Texas capital. Online video honours visited "Salar" for narrative short and "The Truly Amazing Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore" for animated short, making both films qualified for Academy Award submission. A distinctive docu jury mention visited "Goold's Gold," directed by Tucker Capps and Ryan Sevy. "Behind the sun's raysInch was the champion in the Youthful Filmmaker's Competition.
