Trying to remember the name of an old TV show?

I might sound crazy but I'm trying to remember the name of an old TV
show. I don't remember what year it's from I just remember seeing part
of an episode when I was a kid. All I can remember is there were 2 or
3 kids and a dad was telling them a story. The part of the story that
I saw was a boy went into his friends house and went up to his room
looking for him. He finds that 2 other kids were encased in webbing
while playing twister i think. Then his friend walks up from behind
and says something about his science went wrong and he lifts his arms
and has web shooters in his arm pits and starts encasing the kid in
webbing. Then I don't know after that I think it went to commercial or
something. So any help you can give me I'd appreciate it.
