NBC's The Sing Off Grows, But Will not Go Live

Trying to remember the name of an old TV show?

I might sound crazy but I'm trying to remember the name of an old TV
show. I don't remember what year it's from I just remember seeing part
of an episode when I was a kid. All I can remember is there were 2 or
3 kids and a dad was telling them a story. The part of the story that
I saw was a boy went into his friends house and went up to his room
looking for him. He finds that 2 other kids were encased in webbing
while playing twister i think. Then his friend walks up from behind
and says something about his science went wrong and he lifts his arms

question about the beatles movie "let it be"?

so there are four movies that were made by the beatles not counting
anthology and one of these movies was let it be. as far as I know
apple has released these movies on dvd (i think vhs also) that is
except for let it be and i was wondering why they haven't. i read

A movie or tv show with this plot...?

I'm trying to remember a movie or tv show (or even a book) that I've
seen with a plot that kind of goes like this:
A girl loves a guy but knows that they'll never last so she'd rather
not be with him at all rather than go through the pain of losing him.

I've been trying to remember whatever it was for days, but I'm coming
up blank. The movie/tv (or even book) is at least a couple years old
but not too old, probably from the 2000s. I know there must be dozens

The day before they turn 17? I'm going to the movies with a friend
tomorrow. I'm 17, but she turns 17 "Saturday", and wants to watch a
rated R movie. Will they honestly deny her entry because we're 6 hours
early?
